The Estate’s houses are situated in North Lincolnshire in Normanby, Thealby, Burton-upon-Stather, Flixborough and Coleby.

There are just over 60 properties in total which the Estate has been renting out for many years.

Yes, prospective tenants can register their basic details on the Estate waiting list for available properties by filling in and submitting the “Normanby Estate – Residential Tenancy Application” form (to be found on this website) and send it to:

A scan or photo of the completed form can also be emailed to the Estate.

There is a small turnover of properties so it is always worth checking regularly to see what may have become available (and to confirm continued interest).

There is a wide range of houses, bungalows and cottages of different sizes.  The properties are mainly 3 bedroomed but we also have some 1, 2, 4 and 5 bedroomed properties.  There are detached, semi-detached and terraced properties.  Some properties have off road parking, some do not.

There is a wide range of rents, depending on the accommodation, but £500 to £600pcm is the typical monthly rent for most. Rents are reviewed periodically.

The tenancies are Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements which run for 6 months and then continue on a monthly basis as a contractual continual tenancy. A deposit is payable at the start of a tenancy. This is currently a sum equal to the monthly rent. The deposit will be held by a government approved tenancy deposit protection scheme. At the end of a tenancy the deposit is returnable subject to the tenant having kept to all the agreements and conditions of the tenancy.
